In addition to any special requirements that you may have requested, our cleaning service includes removing cobwebs and dusting skirting boards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, window sills, furniture, and light fittings and vacuuming throughout. We wipe cupboard fronts clean, wash floors, and throughly clean kitchens and bathrooms.

We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. 


Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. All our staff are DBS checked. We also guarantee customer satisfaction.  


However, if anything gets damaged or broken, we will leave a note and contact you as soon as possible to discuss  how to best to resolve the situation. 

Who HOLDS My keys?

Springy Clean General Manager will hold your keys in a locked cabinet. The keys will be collected by your cleaner on the day of the clean & then returned the same day.  


The keys will only be identified  with a unique reference number on an attached fob.

Our standard method of payment will be via Direct Debit

However, if a different method is preferred, please discuss with us when we meet. 


For a one-off or an occasional clean, a minimum of a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking.

We would ask that you spend a few minutes tidying the rooms you wish us to clean so that we can focus on the providing you with the best service.  Feel free to discuss this with us when we meet.
